# XII. Parameters

Here is a list of parameters preprogrammed in your instrument in order to improve its use and autonomy:

* Your instrument will turn off if **idle** -without pressing any keys- for more **20 minutes.**
* The Alti is capable of tracking up to **150h of flight**. The maximum number of flights is 30. Then you must transfer or delete flights to record a new one. Note that flights data are automatically deleted from the device upon transfer onto the website.
* **Autonomy** exceeds 100h of flight.
* **The** **date and time** are synchronized with the date and time of your computer.
* Flights **less than a minute** will be automatically deleted.
* When recording a flight, if the vario is **around 0 for more than 2 minutes**, then the instrument stops recording.
* By default, the G-force alarm is set to **+2,5 g** and is activated.
