# II.	Encender y apagar el instrumento

Es importante saber que, a diferencia de las pantallas que usamos a diario, la del Evo V2 no consume absolutamente nada mientras no se actualice.

1. Para poner en funcionamiento el instrumento, simplemente pulse el botón de arranque. ![](/files/ff23be5070d68a94858898bcca3b35ced36781e4)
2. Si se detecta un error en la inicialización de los sensores, se mostrará un mensaje; de lo contrario llegará directamente a la primera pantalla de vuelo.
3. El apagado es automático en cuanto el instrumento no detecta ni velocidad sobre el suelo ni vario durante **20 minutos**. Para apagarlo manualmente, también puede mantener pulsado el botón principal 3 segundos. Si se está registrando un vuelo, se cerrará antes del apagado del instrumento.
