# II.	Accendere e spegnere lo strumento

È importante sapere che, al contrario degli schermi che usiamo quotidianamente, quello dell'Evo V2 non consuma assolutamente nulla finché non viene aggiornato.

1. Per mettere in funzione lo strumento, premi semplicemente il pulsante di avvio. ![](/files/068095924e6226709c6a7b0c9afdf550d2fbbf9b)
2. Se viene rilevato un errore nell'inizializzazione dei sensori, verrà visualizzato un messaggio, altrimenti arriverai direttamente al primo schermo di volo.
3. Lo spegnimento è automatico non appena lo strumento non rileva né velocità al suolo né variometro per **20 minuti**. Per spegnerlo manualmente, puoi anche premere il pulsante principale per 3 secondi. Se è in corso la registrazione di un volo, questo verrà chiuso prima dello spegnimento dello strumento.
