* The first icon allows you to change the instrument's language.
* The second allows you to force a time zone ("Auto" by default).
* The 3rd allows you to completely reset the instrument.

⚠️ **Important note:** The reset erases all data from your instrument (flights, configurations, settings...) to return it to a factory default configuration!\

About the complete instrument reset:

The first step after startup is to calibrate the touch screen. You must press successively and precisely at the center of each cross to move to the next step.![](https://2610826497-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2F0FGpylWj2rsQSQBWEgBc%2Fuploads%2F5JqQiRJxMMiQkIALvh3W%2Finit%201.png?alt=media\&token=015ef813-cd57-4de7-af55-cdaabeda288a)

See [a touch screen reset video](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TIZuv4vFBdQ).

Next comes the magnetometer calibration (to determine the instrument's position relative to the Earth's magnetic field). You must slowly rotate the instrument through all possible positions (360° horizontally and vertically for at least 2 minutes), then click anywhere on the screen to validate.\
